What to Expect

2 Periods, 15 Minutes each. STOP TIME! When the play stops, the clock stops! Starting in 2025, we are introducing a warmup & Time countdown. Teams will be given a total of 3 minutes to enter the floor, warm up, and then line up by the end of the 3 minute mark. When the 3 minute timer ends, the game clock will immediately start and will not be held for teams that are not ready.
10 Game Regular Season, plus playoff 1 playoff game minimum. All teams make playoffs!
There are two divisions on each day - Tier 1 and Tier 2. These divisions will not play each other.
Goalies provided by the league. See registration information for more specific details regarding playing with others.
FRHL Jerseys required ($75.00, due at the first game)
Absolutely no mandatory membership fees.

All games played on a NHL sized rink. Spacious locker rooms with showers for every team!
Live scoring and stat tracking by Hockey Shift.
Games streamed and recorded by LiveBarn*.(Subject to blackouts. Additional fees apply)

Official and Scorekeeper provided by the league, included in your individual fee.
2 Round Shootout for all games that are tied in regulation.
